Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the AMBROSIA promotion for a chance to win ODEON cinema tickets (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.

    The Promoter and the Agency

  1. Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the "Promoter".
  2. 20 Ten Creative Limited of Regina House, 124 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 5JS is the Promoter’s third-party agency responsible for administering the Promotion (the "Agency")
  3. Active Consultancy Ltd of Active House, 51 Wolsey Road, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8NT is the Promoter’s third-party prize fulfilment agency (the "Prize Fulfilment Agency").
  4. Eligibility

  5. The Promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies (including the Agency and the Prize Fulfilment Agency), or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.
  7. Internet access, valid email address and mobile number required.
  8. Entries may only be submitted via the Promotion Website (see clause 12). There is no charge to use the Website.
  9. No purchase is required to enter.
  10. How to Enter

  11. The Promotion consists of two promotion periods: (1) the “Main Promotion” and (2) the “Wrap Up Draw”. The "Main Promotion" will begin at 9am (UK time) on 2 September 2025 to 8.59am (UK time) on 28 October 2025. Participants who enter during the Main Promotion will receive an entry into an (i) online “instant win” promotion detailed in the relevant sections of “Main Promotion”, below. Any non-winners of the Main Promotion will also receive an entry into the Wrap Up Draw. The "Wrap Up Draw" will begin at 9am (UK time) on 28 October 2025 to 4.59pm (UK time) on 30 April 2026 and will consist of one prize draw (see “Wrap Up Draw”, below, for details). Participants who enter during the Wrap Up Draw (or any non-winners of the Main Promotion) will receive an entry into the Wrap Up Draw.
  12. Entries must be received either during the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Main Promotion or Wrap Up Draw (as applicable) for any reason. Proof of complying with the entry requirements or of submission shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
  13. To participate, submit an entry into either the Main Promotion (see clause 9) or the Wrap Up Draw (see clause 9) by following the Entry Steps (see clause 12).
  14. Entry Steps:
    1. Visit: www.ambrosiadeluxecompetition.co.uk (the "Website");
    2. Enter your date of birth to access the Website;
    3. enter your mobile number to receive a “One-Time Password” to your mobile device;
    4. enter your One-Time password, where prompted, on the Website; and
    5. follow the instructions on the Website to enter your name and email address.
  15. Restrictions on entry

  16. There is a limit of 3 entries per mobile number per each promotion week during the Main Promotion (each promotion week runs from 9am (UK time on Tuesday to 8.59am (UK time) the following Tuesday). There is a limit of 5 entries per mobile number into the Wrap Up Draw (plus a max of 1 entry into the Wrap Up Draw for each non-winning entry in the Main Promotion).
  17. Participants who seek to enter more than this limit may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  18. Main Promotion

    Main Promotion: winner selection and notification

  19. During the Main Promotion (see clause 9), there will be an online instant win promotion whereby 900 prizes (see clause 22 for prize details) will be available to be won. There will be 900 winning times (each a “Winning Time”) across the Main Promotion, which will be randomly pre-determined by a computer-generated randomiser (one per available prize). Participants who submit an entry by following the Entry Steps (see clause 12) at a Winning Time will win a prize. If no entries are received at a Winning Time, then the next entry received after the Winning Time has passed will receive the prize for the previously passed Winning Time. Participants who enter the Main Promotion and do not win a prize, will receive an automatic entry into the Wrap Up Draw (see “Wrap Up Draw” below for details).
  20. Participants in the Main Promotion will instantly be notified via the Website whether or not they have won a prize, after submitting their entry in accordance with clause 12 (“Website Notification”). Within 7 days of the Website Notification, prize winners will receive a winner notification email, via the email-address submitted with their entry, containing the e-code for their prize (selected by the winner in accordance with clause 22), and instructions on how to use the e-code to redeem the prize.
  21. Due to the random nature of the selection process of the Main Promotion, there is no guarantee that all available prizes will be won. Any prizes not won or forfeited in the Main Promotion, will be added to the prize draw for the Wrap Up Draw.
  22. Wrap Up Draw

  23. Participants who submit an entry by following the Entry Steps (see clause 12) during the Wrap Up Draw (see clause 9), along with any automatic entries for non-winning participants of the Main Promotion (see clause 15), will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw for a chance to win a prize (see clause 22 for prize details).
  24. Wrap Up Draw: prizes and winner selection

  25. There will be a minimum of 100 prizes available to be won (see clause 22 for prize details) in the Wrap Up Draw. To the extent that any prizes are not won or, are forfeited during the Main Promotion, then such prizes will be added to the prize pool for the Wrap Up Draw.
  26. Within 14 days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries into the Wrap Up Draw, for each available Wrap Up Draw prize. Wrap Up Draw prize winners will be selected via a computer-generated randomizer.
  27. Wrap Up Draw: winner notification

  28. Winners of a Wrap Up Draw prize will be notified by email, via the email-address submitted with their entry, by no later than 14 May 2026. The notification email will contain the winner’s e-code for their prize (selected by the winner in accordance with clause 22), and instructions on how to use the e-code to redeem the prize.
  29. Unless stated otherwise, the below terms apply to the Main Draw and the Wrap Up Draw.

  30. A winner of the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw promotion will each win, at their option, either:
    1. An e-code to redeem a pair of standard ODEON Luxe cinema tickets at a standard screening*; or
    2. An (i) e-code for a pair of ODEON standard seat cinema tickets for a standard screening and (ii) an e-code for a regular soft drink and regular popcorn.
    *Please note, ODEON Luxe cinemas are only available in select locations. See Website for details. Prizes cannot be redeemed at ODEON Luxe Leicester Square, London or ODEON Luxe and Dine, Islington.
    Winners will be asked via the Website, which prize (out of the options provided at clause 22(a) and 22(b) above) they want to receive. Please make sure you have a participating ODEON Luxe cinema in your area before requesting the prize at clause 22(a). Prizes are valid until 1 September 2026.
  31. General Prize Terms

  32. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative, except in circumstances outside the Promoter's control, where the Promoter has the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
  33. There is a maximum of one (1) prize per participant, and it is not possible to claim multiple prizes.
  34. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a participant to take up the prize.
  35. Unless expressly included within the description of the prize, insurance, travel expenses, tax, personal and food and drink expenses are excluded. Any costs incurred in addition to those included within the prize and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
  36. Ticketed Prizes

  37. Ticket prizes are subject to and must be used in accordance with specific provider’s terms and conditions and may be subject to limitations on use and expiry dates. Lost, damaged or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
  38. Unless specified otherwise in the prize description, experience or ticketed event prizes are general admission only.
  39. Participants and guests must comply with any safety standards, guidelines or instructions provided at an event or experience or, a venue hosting an event or experience.
  40. Claiming prizes and prize delivery

  41. Unclaimed prizes: A winner forfeits their prize if:
    1. a prize is rejected or returned undeliverable;
    2. a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason; or
    3. an entry is invalid, or a participant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms; and
    the Promoter reserves the right to add prizes forfeited from the Main Promotion to the prize pool for the Wrap Up Draw and, in the case of prizes forfeited in the Wrap Up Draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, from all remaining, eligible and valid entries received in the Wrap Up Draw, in accordance with the random selection process set out in clause 20.
  42. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate, up-to-date details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which then affects the acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
  43. Ambrosia E-voucher

  44. At the point of entry into either the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw, participants will be provided with the option to opt-in to receive an e-voucher for £1 off of an “Ambrosia Qualifying Product” (see e-voucher terms of use at clause 33 for details) for use in store at a “Participating Retailer” (see e-voucher terms of use at clause 33 for details). Participants can claim a maximum of 3 e-vouchers per email address and mobile number. E-vouchers will expire 07/05/2026. E-voucher T&Cs apply (see clause 33). Participants are not required to opt-in to receive an e-voucher in order to participate in the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw.
  45. The following Ambrosia e-voucher terms of use apply:

Cannot be redeemed online. Smartphone and internet access required. Only one e-voucher may be redeemed per transaction. E-voucher must be presented at time of purchase and can only be used once. E-voucher should be used within 30 minutes of activating it. Please ensure store has availability of the Qualifying Product you wish to purchase before you activate the e-voucher. Qualifying Products are subject to availability. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or other voucher. No change will be given.     To the Retailer: Premier Foods Group Limited will redeem this e-voucher at its face value of £1, provided that it has been taken in payment or part payment in accordance with the customer e-voucher terms and conditions. Premier Foods Group Limited reserves the right to refuse payment for e-vouchers that have not been correctly redeemed.
  46. Data Protection and Marketing

  47. Where participants are required to create and submit content to enter the Promotion, the participant warrants that its entry and the materials submitted with its entry will not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright) or, any other proprietary rights whatsoever of any third party.
  48. All entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, each participant agrees to:
    1. assign to the Promoter all intellectual property rights in your competition entry and any accompanying material with full title guarantee; and
    2. waive all moral rights
    in and to their entry and otherwise arising in connection with their entry to which the participant may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. Each participant agrees that it shall execute any document or instrument necessary to give effect to any assignment, grant of rights or waiver referred to in this clause 35.
  49. By entering the Promotion, each participant agrees that any personal information provided by them with their entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents (including the Agency and Prize Fulfilment Agency) and its suppliers for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
  50. Winners may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. The Promoter may use the winner’s first name and initial, and county of residence (where available), to announce them as the winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact: [email protected].
  51. To receive a list of winner(s) and county of residence of the winner(s), where the county of residence is available, contact [email protected] (i) by 2 December 2025 for Main Promotion winners and (ii) by 30 July 2026 for Wrap Up Draw winners. Please note that we may not be able to disclose this requested information if a participant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 37. Where a winning participant has objected to their information being disclosed, the Promoter will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
  52. Limitation of Liability

  53. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents (including the Agency and the Prize Fulfilment Agency) or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  54. General

  55. By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and, to the extent applicable (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: https://www.premierfoods.co.uk/SpecialPages/Legal-Notices/LegalNotices-TermsOfUse.aspx. Participants acknowledge that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, stored, handled and processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified.
  56. Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.
  57. Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  58. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.
  59. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
  60. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any codes, entries or notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  61. The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.
  62. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter is responsible for the administration of this Promotion and that any other third-party companies or brands referenced in these Terms or, associated with this Promotion, shall be released of any responsibility or liability in respect of this Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  63. The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
